UK neobank Revolut is currently in talks with the Softbank fund, which is worth $92 billion, for its next funding round, according to City AM. The talks are still early on, but the funding round could be as high as $500 million. It’s not clear whether existing investors, including Draper Esprit and Index Ventures, would participate in the next round. For context, Revolut raised $250 million only a few months ago, in April, bumping the neobank’s valuation to $1.7 billion.
