Walter Delph, the new chief business officer of Magic Leap, has built his career by scaling businesses. : Walter Delph knows a thing or two about building large businesses from small ventures – and then keeping them there. Delph’s CV includes stints at Goldman Sachs and Verizon, but he has also built – and sold – his own social media-oriented start-up; and he is best known as co-founder of Boston Consulting Group’s Digital Ventures, the consultant’s wildly successful technology incubator. Now Delph is taking on a new challenge, joining Magic Leap as the company’s chief business officer.
