Private equity firm Prostar Capital together with BlackRock Infrastructure Solutions Group on Thursday announced the acquisition of Seoul-based Kyungnam Energy Co. Ltd.  Prostar, that invests in midstream energy infrastructure, acquired 95 per cent shares in Kyungnam Energy from the existing controlling stakeholders, said a press statement.
