Powdrill to lead Delancey’s investment advisory team; Murray joins Orchard Street. : Orchard Street, Cromwell Property Group, Delancey, Relendex, Palace Capital, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Seyfarth Shaw, Knight Frank, PIP, Savills, L1 Property, Paragon Bank, Dalmore Capital  Cromwell Property Group – Alejandro Salcedo has been appointed senior transactions manager for the real estate manager’s €3.9bn European business. Based in London, Salcedo will lead the sourcing and executing of multi-jurisdictional portfolios and corporate acquisitions. Salcedo was a director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s real estate, gaming and lodging team responsible for European coverage. Previously, he worked at HSBC Investment Banks based in London, Paris and Sao Paulo.
