Sam Dobbyn joins Urban Exposure as CFO. : Urban Exposure, ATP, Man Group, GAM, NBIM, Orlandis Capital, Mace, Orchard Street, Savills, Astarte Capital Partners, BlackRock, Royal Bank of Canada, JCRA, EY, Hammerson, INREV Man Group – Jon Rickert has been appointed to lead the investment manager’s commercial and residential real estate debt team in Europe. As head of European private debt, Rickert will support the ongoing expansion of its global private markets business, Man GPM. Rickert joins from GAM where he led the real estate debt business for the last three years.
