SCOR Investment Partners reshuffles real estate team. : MSCI, IPD, SCOR Investment Partners, UBS Asset Management, NextWorld Evergreen Fund, Barings Real Estate, Chenavari Investment Managers, Octopus Property, Shawbrook Bank, JLL, CBRE Global Investors MSCI – Ian Cullen, who co-founded real estate benchmark provider IPD in 1985, will retire from MSCI in December as real estate advisory director. MSCI acquired IPD in 2012 and Cullen has continued to advise the company since. SCOR Investment Partners – Gilles Castiel is to be promoted to head of real estate in December, replacing Jean Guitton who has held the role for more than 18 years.
