Fairfield Residential has sold a Deerfield Beach apartment community to the Scully Company for $36.5 million. Records show Scully, a Jenkintown, Pennsylvania-based apartment developer, investor and property manager, bought the Quiet Waters at Coquina Lakes Apartments.
