Oxford Properties has also bought the remaining 10% stake that ICPF holds in IOF. : Oxford Properties has increased its offer for Investa Office Fund (IOF) to AUD3.35b (€2.07bn), edging ahead of Blackstone’s bid by almost AUD48m. And to further strengthen its position, Oxford Properties has acquired the remaining 10% stake that Investa Commercial Property Fund (ICPF) holds in IOF. Last month Oxford Properties, the real estate arm of Canadian pension fund OMERS,  agreed to buy 9.9% of IOF from ICPF — if the Blackstone bid did not succeed.
