Mfsa Strips Julie Meyer's Ariadne Of More Licences

by timesofmalta.com posted 10months ago 31 views
The Malta Financial Services Authority has taken yet another step against Julie Meyer’s companies in Malta, removing her fund from the list of Notified Alternative Investment Funds because of “serious deficiencies in its governance structures”. The action applies to Ariadne Capital ECO2 VC Limited Partnership and its four sub-funds: 2SQRS Venture Fund, ECO2 Fund, JGV Tamar Fund, and Sustainable Aviation Fund. The MFSA said that the fund had not compliance officer since January 3, and no money laundering function in place since November 2, 2017.
