Workplace IT management solutions company Matrix42 – which acquired Australian mobility management company Silverback last year -  has been sold to German-based private equity firm EMERAM Capital Partners. EMERAM says it plans to support the continued growth of Matrix42 both in Australia and globally, and international expansion will have a strong focus on APAC and is likely to include the acquisition of other software specialists.
