Macquarie has secured a share in the Investa management platform by way of a new joint venture. : Macquarie Real Estate Investment Holding, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Macquarie Group, reached an agreement with ICPF Holdco to purchase 50% of ICPF Holdco's interest in the platform and enter into a new joint venture deed. In doing so, Macquarie acquires about 10% of the ASX-listed Investa Office Fund - which is currently the subject of an ongoing battle for control.
