M7 Polish Active Fund is now over 90% invested with a value in excess of €107m. : M7 Real Estate’s Polish office and industrial fund has invested a further €66m to acquire five assets. The manager’s M7 Polish Active Fund (M7 POLAF) bought three mixed-use office and logistics assets in Wrocław and two office buildings in Warsaw. Following the latest transactions, the fund is now over 90% invested with a value in excess of €107m, the manager said.
