Sept. 21 -- Hedge fund manager Leon Cooperman has been accused of insider trading by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in relation to his buying and selling of Atlas Pipeline Partners. Cooperman has defended his trades in Atlas Pipeline Partners and denies engaging in any unlawful conduct.
