Latch Raises $70 Million Series B Led by Brookfield Ventures NEW YORK, August 22, 2018-– Latch, creators of the world’s first smart access system, today announced a $70 million Series B financing round led by Brookfield Ventures, the technology investing arm of Brookfield Asset Management. Also joining the round are Lux Capital, RRE Ventures, Primary Venture Partners, Third Prime, Camber Creek, Corigin Ventures, Tishman Speyer, and Balyasny Asset Management, many of whom also participated in Latch’s Seed and Series A funding rounds totaling $26 million.
