Abdullatif Al-Othman, governor of the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA), will travel to Russia with a huge business delegation Tuesday. It clearly indicates that Saudi Arabia is moving to engage with Russia more intensively in both political and economic domains.
