WalkMe Ltd. , an Israeli customer engagement platform, said Wednesday its initial public offering priced at $31 a share, compared with its proposed price range of $29 to $32. The company sold 9.25 million shares to raise $286.75 before expenses. Underwriters have the option to purchase an additional 1.38 million shares. The stock will start trading on Nasdaq later Wednesday under the ticker "WKME." There were nine banks underwriting the deal, led by Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Citigroup.
