Private equity firm RCP Advisors has made a number of promotions on its team. Dave McCoy is now managing partner while Alex Abell, Nell Blatherwick, Michael Feinglass and Andy Nelson have been upped to partner. And, Ross Koenig and Michael Rice have become vice president.
