Pivotal Software Inc. , a unit of Dell Technologies Inc., is planning to offer 37 million shares in its initial public offering, priced at $14 to $16 a pop, according to a regulatory filing published Monday. The company will raise $555 million at the midpoint of that range. The company is planning to list on the New York Stock Exchange, under the ticker symbol "PVTL."
