TuSimple Holdings Inc. disclosed Wednesday that it has set terms of its initial public offering, in which the self-driving trucks maker could be valued at up to $8.3 billion. The IPO is expected to price between $35 and $39 a share. The company is offering 27.03 million Class A shares in the IPO, to raise up to $1.05 billion, and selling stock holders are offering 6.76 million shares. A total of 212.26 million Class A and Class B shares are expected to be outstanding after the IPO.
