An unknown buyer bought a $99.9 million penthouse on New York City's Billionaires' Row last week, The Real Deal reported. 220 Central Park South is a brand-new luxury tower just south of Central Park in Manhattan. It's the same building where hedge-fund billionaire Ken Griffin last year spent $238 million on a penthouse in the most expensive home sale in US history. Other wealthy buyers at 220 Central Park South include hedge-fund manager Daniel Och, singer Sting and his wife, hedge-fund executives Richard Leibovitch and Andrew Zaro, and Brazilian construction heiress Renata de Camargo Nascimento.
