Carl Icahn's Icahn Enterprises LP said on Monday that the agreement for the billionaire activist investor's son, Brett Icahn, and David Schechter to co-manage the firm's well-performing Sargon Portfolio ran out on July 31, and the duo would instead stay on as consultants until a new agreement is finalized.
