Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. (NYSE: HPP) has entered into a definitive sales agreement to acquire its home at the Wells Fargo Center at 11601 Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles, CA for an estimated $311 million, before credits, prorations and closing costs, putting the price tag at roughly $621 per square foot.
