The private equity firm that owns the Westin Harbour Island is doubling down on downtown Tampa. Chicago-based Walton Street Capital has closed on the 520-room Hilton Tampa Downtown, HFF said Wednesday. Walton Street has owned the Westin Harbour Island since 2016.
