Henderson Park bought Athene Place at 66 Shoe Lane for £101m. : Henderson Park has made its first London office market deal with the acquisition of an asset from Commerz Real for £101m (€114.5m). The European real estate investor said it bought Athene Place at 66 Shoe Lane with a senior debt facility provided by Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies. Commerz Real said the 147,000sqft building has been part of the portfolio of the open-ended real estate fund hausInvest since 2008.
