US independent Harvest Oil & Gas is exiting the San Juan Basin, just months after emerging from bankruptcy. : U.S. independent Harvest Oil & Gas Corp. is exiting the San Juan Basin, the company announced Thursday. Harvest, which was formerly known as EV Energy Partners, L.P. before emerging from Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in June of 2018, has entered into a definitive agreement to sell all of its interests in the San Juan Basin in New Mexico and Colorado to an undisclosed buyer for $42.8 million.
