GrafTech International Ltd., a manufacturer of graphite electrode products, said Wednesday it will offer 37.8 million shares in its initial public offering, priced at $21 to $24 a pop. The shares are being offered by its sole shareholder, a unit of Brookfield Business Partners LP. The company has applied to list on the New York Stock Exchange, under the ticker symbol "EAP." J.P. Morgan and Credit Suisse are joint lead bookrunners on the deal with Citigroup, RBC and HSBC acting as joint bookrunning managers. BMO, BNP Paribas, CIBC, National Bank Financial and TD Securites are co-managers.
