The end value of the project would be worth “several hundred million euros”: Goodman Group is planning to develop a 190,000sqm French logistics centre in partnership with the Roissy-en-France Urban Area Community Council (CARPF) and local land developer RHEA. The Goodman Logistics Centre Le Mesnil-Amelot, in the city of Le Mesnil-Amelot, will comprise of three separate buildings of 43,000sqm, 49,000sqm and 98,000sqm respectively, occupying a total area of 37 hectares. But Greg Goodman, Goodman Group’s chief executive of Goodman Group, told IPE Real Assets that the end value of the project would be worth “several hundred million euros”.
