GIC, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, and NYSE-listed Paramount Group, Inc. (Paramount) have formed a 95/5 joint venture (JV) to acquire 60 Wall Street – the building that serves as the US headquarters of Deutsche Bank – for $1.04 billion, or approximately $640 per square foot.
