Generali bought Atrium Bercy and Montoyer 47 in Paris and Brussels respectively for an undisclosed sum. : Generali Real Estate has bought two office buildings in France and Belgium from GLL Real Estate Partners. The €28.7bn manager said, on behalf of two Generali Group entities, it acquired the Atrium Bercy and Montoyer 47 in Paris and Brussels respectively from the Munich-based fund manager. Atrium Bercy comprises 11,500sqm of space and has been rented to the French Ministry of Finance since its unveiling, in 1998.
