Ohio-based Lancaster Colony Corp. had met the founders of Saline-based Flatout Holdings long before its purchase of the company nearly a year ago. "We were familiar with the business and had developed a little bit of a relationship through our business development efforts with the owners," said Dale Ganobsik, director of investor relations and corporate planning.
