Two former partners from Apollo Global Management who struck out in 2013 to form their own firm are contemplating a new fund, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Damian Giangiacomo and Michael Cohen banded together to form Nexus Partners, a new firm with a wide mandate to invest across the capital structure.
