Genoa Pharmaceuticals Inc. said May 15 that it completed a $62 million Series A round of financing led by F-Prime Capital Partners and Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners. Also participating were Novo AS, RiverVest Venture Partners, and TPG Biotech.
