Event ticketing company Eventbrite set terms for its initial public offering on Friday, saying in a regulatory filing that it plans to offer 10 million shares priced at $19 to $21 each. The company would raise $200 million at the midpoint of that range. Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Allen & Co., RBC Capital Markets, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and Stifel are underwriters on the deal. "Our business model is simple: we charge creators on a per-ticket basis when an attendee purchases a paid ticket for an event," the company says in its prospectus.
