Workato, an enterprise software company that offers an automation platform for businesses, has more than tripled its valuation to US$5.7 billion after its latest funding round. The company said on Wednesday it had raised US$200 million in a funding round led by technology-focused venture capital firm Battery Ventures. Insight Partners, Altimeter Capital and Tiger Global also participated in the round. Workato's latest funding, which brings total capital raised so far to over US$421 million, comes nearly 10 months after the previous round, which was at a valuation of US$1.7 billion.
