<p>EMC Ventures, the venture capital arm of EMC Corporation, has led a series B funding round in ZCOOL, an online community platform for designers in China. Hearst Ventures, the venture unit of Hearst Corporation, also participated in the round, which amounts to around US$10 million.</p>
