EdgeQ, a 5G system-on-a-chip (SoC) company, debuted on Tuesday with $51 million in total funding, including $38,5 million in Series A round, with an aim to tap into the 5G infrastructure market as the first company to unify 5G connectivity and AI compute in an open and programmable platform to drive Edge networks.
