Delaware Public Employees' Retirement System, Dover, hired Kiltearn Partners to run $50 million in global equity and Mellon Capital Management for $50 million in its dividend growth strategy, said Jessica Eisenbray, spokeswoman for the $9.2 billion fund to Pensions & Investments.
The hires are being funded by withdrawing $100 million from a T. Rowe Price global growth strategy and $50 million from a Wellington Management dividend growth account. The remaining $50 million will go to cash.
The changes were approved at a June 26 board meeting, Ms. Eisenbray said.
