Cushman & Wakefield PLC priced its initial public offering at $17 a share Wednesday evening, the middle of its proposed range. The giant real-estate services firm plans to sell at least 45 million shares at that price, which would bring in at least $765 million at a valuation of about $3.13 billion. Underwriters -- led by Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs and UBS -- have access to another 6.75 million shares in case of overallotment. Cushman & Wakefield shares are expected to begin trading Thursday morning on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol CWK.
