NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Feb. 23, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Real estate investment firm Cress Capital today announced the sale of two single-story R&D buildings in Fort Collins, Colo., by one of its affiliates for $30.65 million. The two buildings, 1625 Sharp Point Drive and 2424 Midpoint Drive totaling 115,627 square feet, are 100% occupied by long-term tenant Advanced Energy Industries Inc. Cress acquired the buildings in May 2017 as part of a 23-building portfolio in the Prospect East Business Park. This transaction is the second sale by Cress of buildings within the portfolio.
