BrightView Holdings Inc. set terms for its planned initial public offering on Monday, saying it will offer 21.3 million shares priced at $22 to $25 each. The provider of commercial landscaping services has applied to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "BV." Proceeds of the offering will be used to repay debt.
