Bengaluru | Mumbai: Andreessen Horowitz, among Silicon Valley’s top venture capital firms, is in talks to invest in CoinSwitch Kuber, a cryptocurrency investment platform for retail traders, said people familiar with the matter. If the deal goes through it will be the first bet by A16z, as it is popularly known, on an Indian startup, sources told ETtech.“The deal is likely to be completed soon and could be made official later this month,” a person aware of the development said.For CoinSwitch Kuber, the capital from A16z will be part of its new funding round.
