The testimony highlighted the approach the Chicago Teachers' Pension Fund (CTPF) has used to increase opportunities for diverse managers over the last 20 years. CTPF has far exceeded that goal by investing 44% or $4.6 billion of total assets with MWDBE-owned firms.
