Rob Feckner, CalPERS Board of Administration President, released the first "State of the System" message on the accomplishments, status and goals of the Pension Fund. Feckner's statement ranges broadly from financial health of the system to investments, pension reform, customer service, municipal bankruptcies and pursuit of better, more cost effective health care.
