Starwood Capital Group provided acquisition financing for the newly renovated Mansell Overlook. : The Brookdale Group has sold Mansell Overlook, a roughly 654,500-square-foot office campus in Roswell, Ga., for $142.3 million, according to public records. The sale marks the first acquisition in the U.S. for PPF Real Estate, a real estate investor operator in Central and Eastern Europe. The buyer also purchased an 11-acre adjacent parcel planned for future development, for $2.3 million. The new owner received $87.8 million in acquisition financing from Starwood Capital Group.
