Los Angeles-based Breakwater Management, a private investment firm focused on the lower middle market, has named Darrick Geant as managing director and Joe Kaczorowski as managing director and chief financial officer. Prior to joining Breakwater, Geant worked at Goldman Sachs where he was a managing director while Kaczorowski is the former president of Grosvenor Park Media.
