Bouwinvest €364m of new commitments for its Dutch residential, office and retail funds. : Bouwinvest Real Estate Investors received €364m worth new commitments for its Dutch residential, office and retail funds, during the second half of last year, the manager has announced. The €11.3bn Dutch property investor said it attracted the amount from existing and new institutional investor clients. The manager’s office fund received a total of €223m. Dutch insurer Achmea Schadeverzekeringen was the latest new investor in the office fund. The total invested capital of the office fund now stands at €800m.
