Global investment firm Blackstone, Singapore sovereign fund GIC and Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) have agreed to acquire Goldman Sachs' entire shareholding in British- based pensions provider Rothesay Life for an undisclosed sum.
