<p>Private equity investor Bayou City Energy has raised $310 million in capital commitments for its second energy-focused buyout fund.</p> <p>The new fund, named Bayou City Energy II, L.P., was oversubscribed and closed at its hard cap, the company said in a statement. The final closing was held on March 31.</p>
