<p>Agellan Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX:ACR.UN) (the "REIT") announced today that is has entered into an agreement to sell to a syndicate of underwriters led by RBC Capital Markets and BMO Capital Markets (the "Underwriters"), on a bought deal basis, 4,370,000 units (the "Units") at a price of $11.45 per Unit (the "Offering Price") for gross proceeds to the REIT of $50,036,500 (the "Offering").</p>
