The asset was acquired from Aurec Real Estate Europe. : Aerium has acquired BBW, an office asset in the Westend district of Frankfurt, Germany, from Aurec Real Estate Europe for €140m. The European real estate fund manager said the property offers 35,000sqm of lettable space, and is composed of 85% office space and 7% residential units. The asset is fully let to German financial services tenants KfW and DeutscheWertpapierServiceBank on long leases with 11.5 years remaining.
